Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup homemade whipped cream (or cool whip), plus more for topping
- 1⁄3 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
- Add in the remaining ingredients (oats, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and brown sugar). Mix until fully incorporated.
- Serve in a 7 oz serving ramekin.
- Top with additional whipped cream and crumbled iced oatmeal cookie!
